When we first started our journey in building the business that is now the ever-evolving Massage.com website, we called the project “the feel good website”, the tagline for which remains beneath our logo today. This statement embodies so much about who we are, what we are about, and the services that we offer… we needed to keep it front and center for all to see.
For massage therapists… Feeling good is about growing your practice, becoming a better therapist, and buying quality products without sacrificing your values. Massage is a rewarding profession in which you get to help people, be it through treatment, relieving discomfort, relaxation, or simply soothing the soul. That is definitely a feel good site.
For students… and soon to be students of massage therapy, we want you to feel good about the profession and feel good about getting into a career that is both one of the fastest growing, but is one of the most rewarding as well. Together, we can elevate the entire profession.
For all… Feeling good is about the convergence of the body, mind, and spirit. As B.K.S. Iyengar noted, “Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit. When one is free from physical disabilities and mental distractions, the gates of the soul open.”
